The Partners

The senior partners of the practice are Peter Schofield and John Allison.

Peter has been practicing locally for over 25 years, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1980.

John qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990 but has been involved in the local property market for over 20 years.

In addition to being Chartered Surveyors, both Peter and John are SAVA accredited surveyors.  Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation requires an assessment of competence and work to a benchmarked level of expertise that must be updated regularly.  

Peter and John are also qualified to assess the energy efficiency of properties using the Government’s standard assessment Procedure (SAP).  An efficiency score out of 100 is awarded and recommendations made relating to improvements in fuel costs.
